I added some recent photos of me taken Nov 2004...

What is 'FAT2FIT' ?

'FAT2FIT' is a new section of my webpage dedicated to a weight loss and exercise program I have been working on since the beginning of 2003. This program helped me lose 78lbs of fat between February 2003 and June 2003... Going from a very unhealthy 255lbs at over 30% body fat to a fairly 'ripped' 177lbs at 9% body fat. Since then I have been working on perfecting the diet component of this program to optimize my ability to gain muscle mass while at the same time minimizing the amount of fat gain that is often considered as 'collateral damage' when it comes to building muscle mass or as body builders like to call it 'bulking'...

Click here to download a brief document I put together that details the background and principles of my diet

Here are some photos that detail my progress as well as the progress of some of my friends and family members who have taken advantage of this program.

I am in the process of compiling several photo albums that document each person's progress... You will be able to access these albums by clicking on the photos below... Yours truly, Andre...

The love of my life, Nathalie... Nathalie has now lost close to 130lbs!

The original love of my life, my mom... She is now down over 62lbs

Nicole is a good friend and former coworker who happens to live some 3000 miles away from me. She is the 1st women who I tried helping remotely and as you can see from the photos below, my program definitely worked for her! I actually modified my original 'fatfit' program to fit the unique requirements of women and have since changed the name of the women's only program to 'FLAB2FAB' :)

My best buddy, Alan... Alan and I have been training together for the past 2 years have been friends since our early teens... we are both now in our early 30's!

Alan's older brother, Mark... Mark joined Alan and I in the gym back in July of this year.

Alan & Mark... success loves company!

My good friend, Peter... Peter trains at the same gym as me, Alan and Mark... about 3 months ago he joined our little training group known as the '5AM gang'

Here's a recent photo of the '5AM gang'... The fine looking young lady standing above Peter is his wife Eireann... she has been on the program since Peter started... and has already made TREMENDOUS progress... Nathalie and her open the gym at 5AM together... you can expect to see some photos of her, as soon as she gives me them... right Eireann?

My good friend, Bob... Bob is the newest member of the '5AM gang'... Way to go Bob!

This is my friend Mike; I met Mike at the gym we train at. After watching me and the rest of the 5AM crew go from fat2fit, he approached me and asked for my help. He told me how he used to be very heavy and managed to get down from the 200’s to a fit 180lbs but had a hard time breaking through this plateau. Even though his weight was not moving on the scale, he still managed to get into the gym almost every morning at around 5AM and proceeded to bust his A$$. Mike is the type of person I like to help as I was extremely confident he would succeed based on the discipline and will power he had already demonstrated. Within only 6 weeks Mike was able to drop 16lbs and he still wants to lose a couple more lbs to make it into the 10% body fat range. He is 48 years young!

My friend Astley... Astely is a personal trainer at my gym... obviously he was in great shape to begin with, he was however stuck at roughly 20% body fat and unable to get any leaner than this... within only a couple weeks of following my program he managed to break through this previously unbreakable plateau!

My friend Darius... I also met Darius on the net.

My friend Jim... Jim went from 'fat2fit' prior to even knowing about my program... he will be taking advantage of my program to go from 'fit2ripped'... given what he has already been able to accomplish, there is no doubt he will be ripped in no time!

My friend Tony... I met him at the gym I train at... after seeing me and the rest of the 5AM Gang go from fat2fit, he decided we wanted in on the action... Tony's 'cutting phase' is over!

My friend Steve... Steve is Tony's buddy and business partner... He also trains at the same time as Tony... he did not want to be left in the dust by his little buddy :) Both Steve and Tony are going to be following my program to bulk up in the new year... great work guys!
